The staff were very attentive, professional and friendly. One pointer: I called reception (on 3 different occasions over 2 different days), and the phone simply rang out. So there is a need for more staff, as the hard-working (1) reception guy, is not able to be in every place at every time. Breakfast was very nice. The only thing I would add is that I would have liked scrambled eggs, the hard-boiled eggs felt 3 days old.

The breakfast was tasty, the coffee machine was great (and you could drink as many drinks as you desired). They even had a machine that makes your own pancakes (simply press a button and it drops the mix onto a conveyor belt and cooks them perfectly). The staff ensure the breakfast area remains spotless!

The room was not prepared for 4 persons sleeping. There were not enough duvets but we got additional from the receptionist on request. The bed was very comfortable and bed linen clean and fresh. We liked that it was possible to open the window. The receptionist Klaudius was very helpful and made our breakfast bags upon departure. He answered our requests and left a good impression upon arrival and departure.

The breakfast was excellent, good choice of products and takeaway cups for the coffee and takeaway pastry bags really go a long way if someone is in a hurry. We had breakfast in the hotel but took our coffee away and I liked having this option. The beds were also comfortable and we slept well. The location is fantastic, right next to the motorway so we didn’t have to waste time driving to the centre.

The room was small but very clean and well equiped with bathroom products and plenty of hard and soft pillows! Additionally, there was a fantastic Tesla Supercharger just a 5 minute drive away and was able to plug my car in and walk back for a delicious breakfast :)
